A two-alarm fireplace was reported at warehouse close to the North Loop on Wednesday afternoon

The Houston Fireplace Division is responding to a two-alarm warehouse fireplace in northeast Houston.

The fireplace is at a industrial property at 4847 Blaffer, at a enterprise that buys and sells picket pallets.

Black smoke and flames could be seen pouring out of a warehouse building as firefighters hosed down the constructing from the surface, in response to aerial footage broadcast by Houston TV station ABC 13.

In a tweet, the fireplace division mentioned that there have been no reported accidents on the web site. The division requested  folks to avoid the world due to heavy emergency visitors. There have been no reviews of avenue closures or detours due to the fireplace.
